(doing business as Moose Capital) is an Ontario, Canada incorporated legal entity (Ontario Corporation No. 002781414), and is registered as a Money Services Business (Registration No. M20207295) with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). All account and trading activity must adhere to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing rules and regulations. The company is compliant across multiple markets including the USA, Europe and Canada and therefore follows and enforces all KYC/AML checks and processes.

Custody:

The custodial services for stocks held with Moose Capital is administered by Neovision Wealth Management Limited. Neovision Wealth Management (NWM) is an Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) registered company (Registration No. 000007884) in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) located in the heart of Abu Dhabi. NWM is regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) under Financial Services Permission No. 220080 and is authorized to provide a wide range of services, from advisory to discretionary portfolio management as well as fund management.
