The mechanism behind the MOOSE token

Overview

Moose Capital is a technology platform enabling users to access a range of investment opportunity seamlessly in tokenized form. This includes the ability to purchase and tokenize U.S. tech stocks and T-Bills using cryptocurrency. MOOSE token, the native utility token of Moose Capital.

 

How MOOSE token Works:

  • Users will be rewarded with MOOSE token while transacting on the platform.
  • When users buy or sell stocks on Moose Capital, transaction fees apply.
  • These transaction fees can be paid with either USDC or MOOSE token. In other words, it offers an alternative method for settling transaction fees.
  • When paying with MOOSE the fees are always 50% cheaper. For example if the fee is 150 USDC, paying in MOOSE will cost 75 USDC ( Amount of MOOSE X Price of MOOSE = 75 USDC ).

 

MOOSE token:

There is a total amount of 1,000,000,000 MOOSE tokens.

  • Seed Investment Model:
    • Initial USD 2M for 15% token allocation, valuing us at USD 13M.
    • Subsequent USD 1M for 5% token allocation, valuing us at USD 33M.
    • Investments will vest quarterly over two years.

 

  • Token Distribution:
    • 40% community,
      • Distributed over two years in 4 Seasons.
        • Season 1 : 15%
        • Season 2 :  12%
        • Season 3 :  8%,
        • Season 4 :  5%.
    • 25% reserve,
    • 20% investors,
    • 15% team & advisors

 

  • Token Allocation Examples: 

Season 1 allocation over 3 months: 10% on T-Bills or Stocks purchased on MOOSE, 5% across liquidity pools like MOOSE/MSOL, MOOSE/XSTEP.

    • Example allocation: If 3,000,000 MOOSE are available over 3 months, then 1,000,000 MOOSE a month or 250,000 MOOSE tokens each week.
      • Week 1: Client 1 invests $500,000, Client 2 invests $2,000,000. Client 1 receives 50,000 MOOSE tokens (20%), Client 2 receives 200,000 MOOSE tokens (80%).
      • Week 2: Same clients, plus Client 3 invests $1,000,000. Client 1 receives 35,700 MOOSE tokens (14.28%), Client 2 receives 142,850 MOOSE tokens (57.14%), Client 3 receives 71,450 MOOSE tokens (28.58%).

 

  • Token Allocation Mechanics:
    • Tokens earned based on investment amounts, distributed weekly.
    • All dividends are collected by Moose Capital and go 100% toward MOOSE buybacks.
    • No voting rights attached to tokenized stocks.
    • Early users to have provision to claim tokens before public launch to benefit from price action.
